All levels are welcome for all classes as there are many variations of the exercise. We employ the "do what you can" approach.
Indoor Cycle ( spin)
Spinning is a low-impact exercise that places less stress on your joints, which makes it ideal for older adults with knee or hip issues or those recovering from orthopedic injuries. In this class we never get out of the saddle ( seat) - we remain seated the entire class. A large screen TV is used to simulate riding outdoors. Come travel the world with us to this fun upbeat class.
