All levels are welcome for all classes as there are many variations of the exercise. We employ the "do what you can" approach.
MONDAY & FRIDAY CLASSES
TIME: 1:30PM - 2:30PM - Parkinson's Cycling
First half-hour is spent strength training for the body using various training modalities to compliment 1 hour of vigorous cycling. We have enough cycle bikes to accommodate 12 riders as well as four recumbent bikes and two teracycles to accommodate those who prefer not to use the cycles.
TIME: 1:30PM - 2:40PM - Rock Steady Boxing
First half-hour is spent warming up and completing an exercise circuit followed by heavy bag and speed bag training. We end with 10 minutes of calming stretches for the entire body.
